summertime
being able to wear tiny shorts and halter tops
hanging out with your friends and not having to worry about being the fattest one
tanning on the beach and looking like a model
wearing a cheeky bikini bottom and not having cottage cheese thighs
eating ice cream at the pier and not having to obsess over calories since you’re already skinny and can easily work the weight off
finally being comfortable in your own body.
think about that, now make it a reality. do you really want to give up all of this just for some ice cream or a coke? of course not. exercise a little longer. fast for a few more hours. push yourself just a little more. summer bodies are built in the winter. work your butt off now so you won’t regret it later.
Patience.
This isn’t going to come in two days. You can’t eat a salad and be skinny. You can’t do one day of fasting and be done with it. It takes many, many weeks and even months. It will come if you don’t give up. Just give it time. Patience is key. If you don’t give your body time to burn every sickening once of fat you will never be skinny. Patience. Be patient. It will come. Being skinny takes work. Work for it.
New Years Resolution
• Drink more water!
• Get better posture (stop slouching!)
• BE SKINNY
• Reach my UGW
• Stop sugar coating everything and just say how I feel or what’s upsetting me
• Do things for ME and stop worrying about what others think
• Workout at least three times a week even if it’s small
• and lastly BE SKINNY
i wish i could live one day at my ugw.
that would be the ultimate thinspo. i’d fight for that feeling again every single day of my life until i reached it for real.
Someday someone will be the last person to ever think about you and you will ultimately cease to exist.
